This weekend will be committed to relaxation! Taking some time out to cook some good clean food that will last me through the week is always a must. I usually also squeeze in workouts in the mornings when everyone else is normally still asleep. Planning on going out for dinner with a friend as well so very excited. I usually stick to chicken or fish with salad or vegies and a clean carb. Asking for dressings and sauces on the side means that you can add as much or as little as you like!

Remember the movie ET? Well, this weekend I will be chanting EC, EC,EC (head bobing up and down,,,)as I start my new life eating clean!!! I just joined this site today and will be cleaning out my kitchen, closets, cabinets, tossing anything that is not clean...dirty old anything is out!! (clothes, junk food and that box of instant pancake mix...GONE!)
I have MANY bad habbits to break and will also make a list so I can delete them as I over come them. TV dinners? delete...Whole milk and cookies...delete...and so on. I will post a picture to act as a "before" then I can see my level of sucess...thanks for reading...

My swim class starts tomorrow morning, can't wait! Then I'm going to do some shopping for a pilates/yoga mat and ballet clothes. I have a get together at Farrell's ice cream parlor. I looked up the menu already and chose half of a turkey lettuce and tomato sandwich, no cheese mayo or spread of any kind and a side salad, no croutons or cheese or anything, with lemon squeeze for dressing. :) I keep rehearsing my order so I don't get side tracked while I'm there! I'm going to enjoy the company and have a great time.

I will be filling my shopping list, (Since the new year ,I have been semi following the diet and I quit smoking) I will also be taking a quilting course and try to do my first eat clean meal plan for the week.
As a side note, I am always too full and gained only one pound (the first week only.) I am not sure if I will get used to eating so often or so much.

This weekend I'm going shopping for more clean foods.

I've just started clean eating (a little more than a week now) and I have EXPANDED out of my clothes... I'm hoping it's because my body is regulating, but this can't continue - I started eating clean to LOSE weight not gain.

I feel hungry all the time and must be eating too much clean food, I'm also low on energy.

Has anyone else experienced this as a newcomer? Did it turn around for you? Looking for hope.
