I don't like to make weight goals, because who knows what my body has in mind... So my goals for April are to lean up, to continue eating clean and leading a healthy lifestyle, and get out and enjoy the warm weather...when it finally gets here!

I really like the idea of setting smaller goals along the way to a bigger overall goal. I am trying to get back to running (I ran a half marathon in Oct 2009) and I'd like to be able to run 5K without stopping before the end of the month. I also will stick with the plan to overcome the detoxing stage I seem to be right now. I have only been eating clean for just over a week and I am still suffering from headaches and exhaustion. Looking forward to experiencing the energy that I keep reading about!

My goals for April are:

1.) Do something EVERY day! Even if its a brisk walk on my easy days:)

2.) WATER! I usually drink enough, but I've been slacking lately....and my body can tell!

3.) Consistent Workouts....My trip to Mexico in May should keep me motivated!

4.) Overcome the late night cravings. They have been pretty strong lately. I think I should up my fats a bit throughout the day and grab a few new teas to spark my interest again.

Goals for April.

I will complete a 30 day Bikram challenge. This involves a Bikram class (90 minutes) every day for 30 days. I am presently on day 12.

Loose the last 5 kilos which are hanging around my mid section and thighs.

Start running again!

Continue the focus on my food intake and portions

Strong posture and core

I got new running shoes last night, and am off to get a bike tonight...so my goal really is to get outside after this cold snowy winter and enjoy spring! My show, SHOUT! opens on May 1st so Im going to start cooler 1 on Monday, until the show starts and then I may give myself a night off and celebrate, as ive been very good since January! My goal for April is to lose another 5 lbs and keep eating super clean!

After following the EatClean way of life for only a week now, I can already see changes in just my attitude about wanting to be healthy. I've tried other weight loss plans, only to ultimately fail and reserve myself to the idea that losing weight is an unattainable feat and only happens for "certain" people.
I've incorporated the Clean foods into my diet and have committed to a consistent exercise plan that's just right for me.
For April, I aspire to gradually introduce my hubby and children to the principles of eating clean. It'll be tough but I want them to be just as happy and healthy as I know I will be.
Look out world, here I come!

There are a few things that I would like to set as goals for the Month:
1)Remain consistant in my workout schedule
2)Focus more on trying new EC recipies (who knows what I might like!)
3)Drink more water!!!! Gulp!
4)Add more cardio to the workout, retain a balance between cardio and strength training.
5) Try a few sessions of yoga or pilaties

I am the girl you see at the gym 6 days a week, eating clean and helping others all around. Unfortunately, I have had surgery, followed by spraining my ankle and tearing a ligament back to back! My goal for the month is to slowly get back into exercise, and discover new ways on keeping fit and exercising. So many people take their health and body limits for granted - and I know because I was one of them! I am not going to let some stitches and a bad foot ruin my body - so my goal is to redefine my workouts, and stimulate my body in different ways until I am back to normal! The body is a precious thing - take good care of it - and it will take care of you.

My goal for April is to get moving more. I've seen great results just changing to EC in March and working 8-9 hours on my feet walking all shift , now lets see what happens when we throw some exercise in the mix.
My first goal is to lose 20 pounds by my anniversary on april 23 and I've already lost 14 . Now it's time to exceed my 1st goal and get started on my next one.

I have a few goals for this month. Right now I am training for a half marathon and would like to run in in 1:50 which would be awesome for me. Last one was 1:52. I am also running a half relay this month and would love to run the 10km in 51minutes so right now my focus is on speed. Eating clean has been part of my life style for awhile now but i would love to tweek a few things like portions and night eating. Any suggestions for night time snacks and sugar cravings.

Friday is payday, so I am going grocery shopping for clean eats! I plan on following the stripped plan as closely as I can. I also have a 8K to run on the 10th. I have not done much training for it, so I just plan on finishing!

After a month of being sick and juggling work demands, my April goal is to get back on track with consistent exercise and clean eating. My body's able to handle it again and my mind definitely needs it!

My April goal is to do more yoga. I like destressing after work with it, but sometimes find it hard to get into it when all I want to do it relax on the couch!
