This mother's day, I made pork ribs with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and rosemary. we had steamed mixed veggies and long grain wild rice. That was saturday nite for dinner. Today, I took a strength class, we went to church as a family and then saw IRON MAN2. Now I am planning meals for the next couple of days and off to the market to pick up some good eats!

went to church this morning, hubbie and kids made a great brunch of omelets with grilled veggies and roasted potatoes. I did enjoy my favorite for desert, a glass of pink champagne and dark chocolate while wearing my brand new "snuggie". Ahh, what a life!

I spent my Mother's Day sleep in while my husband cared for our 9 month old. Then I took the afternoon shopping for my Cooler 1 food and spent time preparing it for the week. I could not have asked for a better gift then to have the opportunity to do that.

I am cooking SALMON with garlic dill white wine a little lemon juice and olive oil.
Baking it and bringing it to my Mother-in-law. She hates eating out so she would be great at clean eating at the age of 80. Happy Mother's day to all the beautiful mothers with goals in their horizons!

both my girls wanted to celebrate around food but i declined. i prefer just spending some time together without food being the center of the event as I am going to dinner tonight. my grandmother is in a nursing home and i will be joining her for dinner there tonight. they are making lobster, wild rice and asparagus so should be fairly cleanish.

Hello my name is Jamie and I am 42 years old with 3 children, 19 daughter, 16 son, and 12 daughter. So today is mother's day. My children are taking me out for the day. But first they want to make me clean eating breakfast.. They are making me an Egg whtie Omelet with plenty of veggies and I a glass of skim milk. I enjoy that breakfast on a Sunday because during the week, I am way too busy and I take my cooler breakfast with me. They I believe we are going into town for some fun. But I still will be eating clean and that is very important to me. Later that night my mother and grandmother are coming for dinner. Going to be a great day :)
