Today was good..weekends are hard for me..family does pizza, subs, Chinese food..today was pizza and subs. I am proud o say after running to get my scale and finding out I lost 9 pounds...I ate chicken breast, brown rice, grapes and cherries.The weekends are catch up day..chores..unfortunately, God forgot to give me a "life".

So happy it's Friday! Back shoulders and abs today, and two wonderful rest days with my husband who is teaching me to surf :-D We have 3 awesome clean meals to make this weekend and I can't wait to enjoy them.

I'm doing a bit of cleaning today with my beautiful young teenage daughters who are happy to finally be done with school. This afternoon I'll work in a light run to round off the week of kettlebell workouts. This weekend I plan to make some of the salads out of Tosca's cookbook to enjoy this upcoming week! Keep it clean everyone!

Today is HIIT on the treadmill and the dreaded StepMill! That's one tough piece of equipment! Saturday is weights and Sunday is rest! Have a good weekend everyone!

Legs and cardio for tomorrow. Thinking about making some of Tosca's healthy cookies, because I have friends in town that will be staying with us. I love that I get to run on the beach pretty much every day. Sunny days motivate me to get outside and run down the hill to the sand.
