Organic baby spinach, topped with alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, english cucumbers and grilled chicken (seasoned with garam masala and curry powder), all tossed with some freshly squeezed lemon juice! Yum :)

A smoothie with kefir (how do you pronounce that anyway?), frozen strawberries, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 a scoop of protein powder, 2 t. ground flax seed, 2 ice cubes, 8 oz orange juice. I drink half and keep the rest for an afternoon pick me up.

hi

On today's menu for a great lunch is homemade Quinona Salad with articoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber and some grilled chicken. Dressed with Dijon mustard and lemon juice.

Just saying it is making me hungry - is it lunch time yet? Ha.

Have a great day.

Raisin ezekiel bread with avocado (great sub for mayo) tomato, spinach, red onion and sliced turkey breast (house roast from whole foods ... waaaaayyyy less sodium). Simple and yummy!

I am new to registering I read the Kitchen Table each day and sometimes several times enjoy it very much. I get new receipes and different ways to en joy food. I have all Tosca's books and have read them over and over. I also follow her appearances on my local TV. She is just great. I have been on and off clean eating now for seveal months. But this week I went back to Cooler 2 and was very movitated by one of the responses I read about preparing the cooler meals for 5 meals. So that's what I am doing. I need to help my husband who is diabetic and all his test are way off. So now I will be preparing his eat clean meals also. I belong to the local gym, do several classes a week. Also have 7 dogs who need walks daily. So I do get exercise. I don't have more than 15 lbs to loose since I have been a LIFE TIME MEMBER of WW since 1979. But my nutritionist wants me to stay with eat clean program. I had food poision from a restaurant 1 year ago which lead to to H-pylori. So I am under the Doctor's care monthly. But when I eat clean and and do what I am suppose to I feel good.
Thank-you all
