Tuna, salmon, and veggies with no butter. I also LOVE steamed chicken and broccoli from our local Chinese place.

there's a restaurant here in town that has a fantastic spinach and strawberry salad... i just always ask them to hold the cheese and the nuts (candied); get a piece of seared ahi tuna on top and some balsamic vinegar. delish! for dinner, i usually try to get a piece of fish (grouper or halibut is clutch!) broiled plain, served with steamed veggies and a salad with vinegar only. (some restaurants don't use real olive oil in their oil/vinegar so i don't trust it.

It depends on the restaurant... I have a survival guide I've made for most of our local restaurants.
Typically, though, at regular restaurants I order either shrimp or another seafood, with a green salad no dressing, lemons on the side to dress it, and steamed veggies.

Salmon seems to be the popular choice - grilled with veggies on the side no sauce or butter.
If they don't have salmon they chicken -no breading or sauce with veggies
