Circuit training! Throw in some plyometrics and the sweat is pouring off me in about 20 mins! The best for me is mixing up the weights with jumps, lunges and jump rope. Love it!!!!

HIIT! No rests, increase the weight, reduce number of reps and get it done! :-D

When I am short on time and I need to get in a workout I do giant sets, a couple circuts with no rest makes for a great and quick workout. Also for my sets I do full body excersises like V-sits with biceps curl and chest press etc. really work all the body in minimal time!

When i'm short on time I incorporate interval training for my cardio and plyometrics in between my weight lifting sets. I can totally feel the burn and I complete my workouts in about 30 minutes instead of an hour and a half!

My power-rod strength-training machine delivers! In about 22 minutes I do a full body workout that feels so good. I also do cardio throughout the week, but only need 3-4 sessions on the machine to work out muscles.
