Our favorite Mexican place has a meal called chicken and vegetables with no oil (Under the light and skinny part of the menu). It is served on a GIANT platter just loaded with cuts of chicken breast, roasted bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and squash. It is only $7 and is so delicious! The best part is that it is so huge, I can take half home and have it again the next day.

We'll be having clean fajitas for dinner tonight. Trimmed flank steak sprinkled with fajita seasoning (I like Wildtree products, which are all-natural, no preservatives, just a mix of seasonings in one bottle, already combined for you), grilled, squirt of lime, add some grilled peppers and onions, black beans, and pico de gallo on an Ezekial tortilla, and you're good to go! YUMM!!
