The first few hundred metres of a run... That surge of energy when my feet hit the pavement makes me feel unstoppable. Not to mention, overcoming the mental obstacles of being "too busy" or "too tired" gives me a boost too.

A good workout puts me in the best frame of mind, helps me to think more clearly and helps put everything in perspective. If I have really challenged myself, even better! Along those same lines, any challenging obstacle, once overcome, gives me added confidence and that feeling that "I can make a real difference in the world". Nothing beats that feeling of power!

I feel most powerful after accomplishing a goal that I've worked so long, and so hard at. Also, after an intense bootcamp workout, I feel like I could do just about anything - it's a great feeling! :)
