Having my dad over for dinner and making the ever WONDERFUL Potato Leek soup from Tosca's Eat Clean Diet STRIPPED plan! SO delicious! I find its fantastic w/shredded chicken for a protein boost! Soup and salad, couldn't have a more perfectly CLEAN meal! What a comfort food this has become for me and my family! Of course, my dad is bringing his unbeatable bread pudding with caramel sauce for dessert, but hey, we only have it ONCE a year! Eat clean and live strong!

Clean mini pizzas!! Crust = whole wheat pitas, sauce = fresh, homemade, clean pesto OR tomato sauce.... toppings = loads of fresh veggies, and roasted chicken! Cheese = goats cheese OR low-fat marble or fresh mozza. :) Serve with a side salad and club soda with a wedge of lemon. YUM
