What can I say - I LOVE ZUMBA! I have disc issues so every time I attempt a new exercise regimen I end up at the chiropractor. I have been Zumba-ing (word?) for about two months now, three times per week, and absolutely positive love it! I have not lost much weight, but I know I've lost inches. I feel stronger. I leave completely sweaty but feeling awesome. As my instructor says, there is no right or wrong way to do Zumba. The music just makes you move and if you enjoy dancing, then I highly recommend this wonderful exercise form! It doesn't even feel like exercising - just a wonderful hour of dancing your pants off!

A Zumba class started in my small town this fall and it was a hit. Great instructor, fantastic movement and a postive enviroment made me look forward to it. The only problem was I would get the music stuck in my head before class.

I took Zumba for the first time last week and brought my mom. We had a great time and on top it was a fun workout ! Not a workout where you're gasping for air, but kept you moving for the entire 45min, enough to work up a great sweat. Also my mom with no previous dance or any previous activity with coordination found it challenging to follow along. Other than that I love Zumba!

I am a Zumba Fitness instructor and have found that Zumba has brought an entire new group of women & men to fitness...that may not have been involved before! They love the music and easy to follow moves! They burn major calories (600-1000 in one class) with a smile on their face! Students feel fun & flirty while in class, and "successful" when they leave! I LOVE Zumba Fitness!

I tried Zumba in Nov 2009 and at 239.4lbs it wasn't easy to step into an exercise class but I loved every minute of it. I lost 32lbs in 3 months just doing Zumba. I flew from Memphis, TN to Philladelphia, PA in Feb 2010 and became a licensed Zumba instructor. I truly LOVE IT! Zumba has led me to wanting to be a healthier version of myself and through the Eating Clean diet books I'm on my way to my BEST BODY ever! EATING CLEAN + ZUMBA = ONE HOT MAMACITA! :)

A friend of mine said to me one day, hey you should come check out this new awesome work out class I am doing called Zumba. I went to my first class and I was hooked. I joined the gym the next day and I started to go 3 days a week.
I love to class because any level of fitness can do the class. You feel amazing after the class. It helps with self-confidence. I have this amazing Zumba instructor Dionne Sinclair. She is from the Caribbean so this class is more of a Caribbean flavour. She calls it her butts and guts class and trust me you feel it in your butt and gut after her class.
Now I have it for the wii and do it at home. I have my 14 year old daughter doing it too now.
