What can I say - I LOVE ZUMBA! I have disc issues so every time I attempt a new exercise regimen I end up at the chiropractor. I have been Zumba-ing (word?) for about two months now, three times per week, and absolutely positive love it! I have not lost much weight, but I know I've lost inches. I feel stronger. I leave completely sweaty but feeling awesome. As my instructor says, there is no right or wrong way to do Zumba. The music just makes you move and if you enjoy dancing, then I highly recommend this wonderful exercise form! It doesn't even feel like exercising - just a wonderful hour of dancing your pants off!
