I never let myself have any fitness goals before, but now I find myself dreaming... And this time I'm not certain they're too far-fetched to come true! So, this is a big step for me. To actually verbalize some dreams about how fitness will look in my future is something I've never done before, but here goes...

1. Wear a single digit clothing size.
2. Continue to make the right choices that will keep my health and well being front and center.
3. Participate in a 5K run or walk.
4. Participate in Highrise vertical stair climb challenge (Hustle Up the Hancock or Willis Tower in Chicago)
5. Take a leap of faith and switch careers to a fitness based one (personal trainer or corporate wellness coach)
6. Consider participating in a fitness competition. (YIKES! Did I just admit to that?)

Just like everything else... "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway!"

I am on my way to achieving my goals, but I like to cheat with sweets. My long term goals are to commit to a clean diet (I know what it can do for me, I just have to remain committed) and lose an additional 8 to 10lbs. I'm happy with my weight right now, but I was to lean out. I also want to re-commit to a 3 to 4 day work out schedule that keeps my body challenged. I LOVE the workouts in Oxygen and use the ideas in there to spice up my workouts.

I turned 39 in May and have always dreamed of competing in a fitness competition. I've decided to make this happen before I turn 40. So I have 10 months to get my behind in shape.

My long-term fitness goals are to lose about 15 lbs, lower my body fat %, learn to eat a lot healthier, and get into strong, lean shape. I want to make it easier for myself to deal with my Fibromyalgia getting worse over the years, and have the strength and energy to be active and keep up with my kids for years to come. And I want to feel confident and beautiful.

My long term fitness goals are: to live a long, healthy time, be an excellent example to my daughters and all of my students, run a half marathon in the Fall and sign up for a duathlon next spring. I never thought it possible to set goals like these for myself before I embraced this lifestyle. Thanks Tosca!!

1) To get my triglycerides down below 150.
2) To initially lose 20 lbs and see how I feel from there.
3) To remain consistent at the gym, going 3 to 4 times a week (an hour at minimum)
4) To begin excercising with my son outdoors more often. Purchase a bike with a trailor for him to sit in, a running stroller, etc.

My long term goals are the following:

1.) lose 35-40 lbs, and get out of the "obese" range for body fat (33%)
2.) be strong enough that my degenerative, blown disc in my very low back is not as much of a daily nuisance
3.) get off of my blood pressure meds

I have many short term (daily & weekly) goals to get me to those bigger ones... one step at a time.

My goal is pretty simple: to have a body that's fit and strong enough to enable me to have an active, enjoyable life as long even while I'm getting older.

I would like to be lean and healthy. I am currently at 27% body fat and 155 pounds.I would like to be at 120 pounds and about 15% body fat. I plan to enter the upcoming Eat Clean Contest. Setting a clear goal is the best way for me to succeed. I would also like to be able to wear a swimsuit without a cover up to hide my belly and big bottom.

I'm aiming to certify as a resistance trainer within this calendar year, (I already have other fitness certifications), and would like to shed some excess fat and let me muscular build really shine. I'm considering training for a half marathon, this would help burn some fat!

My long-term fitness goals are:

1.) Put myself on top of my to-do list & make exercise a top priority. I am a full-time student, mom and busy author. I tend to take care of everyone else first. That is going to change.

2.) Hike to Camp Muir (on Mt. Rainier, WA) with my hubby next summer. It's the base camp where those who summit the mountain stay. The view is supposed to be spectacular & you cross a snowfield/glacier.

3.) Run a 5K with my husband.

4.) Learn to snowboard with my kids.
