About a month ago i bought my first pair of "training" shoes. In the past I have jjust used regular running shoes. well, what a difference. they were so comfortable. I am planning on buying a second pair for my home workouts. We are also trying to rearrange the basement to fit in a treadmill. I am soooo excited!
