We just spent 8 days in Key West, Florida and it was blistering hot and humid. I kept a cold water with me everywhere I went. I would drain (drink) a bit of the water out before bed, throw our water bottles in the freezer and in the morning we grabbed them on our way to the beach. They stayed ice cold as long as it took to drink them. Here at home, I put sliced cucumber or lemons and sometimes fresh ginger in my water and it is so refreshing!
