I love getting the Oxygen mag's because there are so many sources of encouragment and inspiration. I am really inspired by Tosca, an obvious answer, but I hope that I am that healthy and fit by the time that I get to be her age.

When I am feeling unmotivated I like to read through the EC website's success stories to reignite my enthusiasm & drive. I am most inspired by the stories of women around my age (40's) who juggle work, family & training. I figure if they can do it, then so can I! Tosca inspires me because I look at what she has achieved "later" in life (not so late, really). I am also inspired by athletes & women such as Jackie Warner, Ernestine Shepherd, Martina Navratilova, Dara Torres, Heather Turland & Paula Radcliffe. I just keep telling myself that these women achieved their goals through daily planning, consistent effort & making their training/eating a priority with no excuses.
