What’s the biggest goal you want to accomplish this summer? How do you plan to do it?

to meet with and work with a personal trainer for a couple of months to get a routine in place for the winter. i start interviewing this week and have started a savings plan for it to get me through 2 months for now to build a good foundation.

The biggest goal I want to accomplish is to stick to the eating clean lifestyle and to lose ten pounds before returning to work. I am only in my second week of the diet.

After Eating Clean for a while and enjoying it, I started mixing Cooler #1 and Cooler #2 to lose more effectively. I am loving it.

My goal is to find what exercise I can do without hurting myself more.
If anyone has a suggestion, please jump in here or on my site.

I have a pinched nerve and messed up discs in my neck and my lower back. Walking is limited to 20 minutes per doctor's order. When I walk more, I can't move for a couple of days after that. Lifting weight is a no-no. Yoga is out too since I can't bend forward
Please help me find something I can do and that will be my goal. I do chair exercises and use my Wii carefully.
