Are you keeping our healthy fats campaign alive? What are your favorite sources?

I've never had a huge problem with healthy fats, I actually find they're the easiest thing to swap out and make room for! Coconut oil is my FAVORITE! Sooo many uses and benefits! Flax seed is another easy one, I just throw some into my smoothies in the morning and go! I need to experiment with the different nut butters, so far I only really eat peanut butter but I know of many other kinds, just haven't been adventurous enough :-D

Healthy Fats....An oxymoron right? I love my healthy fats!!! My current obsession is with ALMOND BUTTER :) holy hell i luv this stuff! I put it in my morning oats (another yummy obsession), protein shakes (blueberries, vanilla whey, almond butter and almond milk) and as a snack with a sliced apple.
I'm on phase 3 of Jamie Eason's LivFit....weeks 10-12 we carb cycle....my 1st time doing this. On low carb days (3 low, 1 high, 3 low, 1 high, etc) i'm eating lots of protein and green veggies but also healthy fats. If it wasn't for the healthy fat portion of carb cycling i'd be miserable. So horray for healthy fats! :D
