I usually work out inside a gym so my workouts aren't affected much by the summer heat. Lately I have been trying to change up my routine by adding more variety to my cardio choices and using more total body movements in weight lifting. At any rate, adding change to my workouts and diet has increased my energy levels and better results! Variety is awesome - I wish I had done this earlier : )

I get up early to beat the heat of the day and do the biggest portion of my workout. I also add swimming in the afternoon when it is the hottest and save my walk for after dinner when its cooler.

SO today is then end of my first week of Eating Clean and I am down 8.5 lbs!!
When I told my doctor I was going to do this she said - the weight will fall off you because you are insulin resistant and boy was she ever right!
