I'm fortunate to work at a school that serves very healthy (and clean) foods for lunch. I also have a refrigerator in my office with cottage cheese, carrot sticks, celery sticks, all natural peanut butter and light cheese in it for snacks and for those times there are less-than-clean options available for lunch. I also will bring in leftovers from dinner for my mid-morning or mid-afternoon meal.

M2 I usually have some cottage cheese and carrots (or stuff celery with the cottage cheese!)
Lunch is usually chicken or tofu (I'll bring it in) with salad and EVOO for dressing.
M4 will be a piece of fruit from the cafeteria, and maybe some cheese or something else I have in the fridge. Depends on my hunger.

I like variety, and having the options available to me keeps me from straying toward someting that isn't clean.
