Six egg white, 2/3 cup oatmeal, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a smidge of agave nectar. Mix it up well, place in a pan, and cook into a pancake. It's the perfect go anywhere, do anything, snack. Completely portable, easy to fix, and delicious! LOVE it!

It's a toss up -- between a protein smoothie, or hummus with whole wheat pita. Love 'em both!

I have 3 oz ground turkey breast with 1 TB coconut oil. some broccoli, a bit of sweet potato and dash of fruit!

A protein shake: frozen strawberries, skim milk, soy protein powder, bee pollen, kefir, flaxseed, wheatgerm, half a banana and a tablespoon of coconut oil. YUM!

Since I don't get to work-out until the end of my days (between 9 & 10:00 pm), I make a 9x13 pan of homemade protein bars, cut into single servings, and keep handy so I can just grab and eat. They're loaded with all kinds of good things including oatmeal, flaxseed, dried cranberries & raisens. Love them.

On the days I teach boot camp classes and do cardio afterwards, I'm famished! Egg white omelet with mushrooms, oatmeal with 1/2 banana mashed into it with ground flax seed and cinnamon fits the bill!

As soon as i arrive home i have ezekial bread toasted with peanut butter. Then when my daughter get up we have oatmeal with blueberries, flax and walnuts.

Smoothie: 1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla), 1/3 c dry oatmeal, 2/3 c light soy vanilla milk, 1 T almond butter, 1 frozen banana, 2 T unsweetened applesauce, 1 T flaxseed, 1 T wheatgerm, ice... blend and enjoy!

After a nice workout we enjoy a glass of cold chocolate milk and edamame beans with a bit of sea salt. A good source of protein and tasty to boot......

My favorite post-workout meal is a protein shake. I use 1 cup lactose-free skim milk, 1 scoop whey protein isolate powder (vanilla or plain), 1 medium banana, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries. If I haven't had any ground flax seeds for the day, I usually add 1 or 2 tbspns of this also. Thick and yummy!
