Clean home made granola (steel cut oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, coconut oil, agave, brazil nuts) with almond milk, raspberries, oat bread, mung beans boiled with onion and garlic, raw carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas.

Nothing, I have hit such a slump. I can never figure out what to eat. I feel like i am in a rut with food choices. I need a revamp, or something. How do I get my mojo back? Help!!!

In the cooler today: -Flaxseed and oat bran wrap filled with avocado and egg whites-Israeli couscous, grilled turkey breast and chopped tomatoes-Plain 0% Chobani yogurt, blueberries, raspberries & banana-Roasted garlic hummus with chopped tomatoes and cucumbersTons of water to drink!

9 grain sandwich with turkey and sprouts, cherry tomatoes, carrots, hardboiled egg, apple and greek yogurt. Raw almonds in my desk drawer.Hoping this works.First day of my first week, jumping in with both feet.

I have unsalted nuts, 5oz tuna over salad. 4 hard boiled eggs and WATER!!!! All I need is to pick up some fruit and green tea.I love eating clean!!!New eat clean follower

Watermelon (2 cups), Chobani plain fat free yogurt, ziplock bag of fresh raspberries, almond butter, whole wheat flax seed tortilla wrap, organic strawberry jam, raw almonds, mulberries, apple pie Larabar, wild caught light chunk tuna fish made with olive oil, Dijon, lemon juice, red onion and celery with a slice of Ezekiel bread. Yummy! Oh and tons of lemon water :)

Just had turkey egg cups and asparagus for breakfast! Cooking the Chinese Chicken and Rice so I can have some for supper at work later, and a salmon fillet and zucchini for lunch! Almonds as a snack.

Today I brought left over Chili Chicken Kabobs (a recipe from the clean eating website) and some brown rice for my lunch. I also brought a white peach and some raw seeds for my snack.
