Honestly, I did not work out today at all. I am having great trouble getting started with the Eat Clean lifestyle. I keep making excuses. "I will start tomorrow". "My husband and I live on one income. I can't eat clean! It's too expensive"! The list goes on an on. I have endured gastric bypass surgery, a circumferential body life, double brachioplasty, August 11th of this year will be 4 years post-op from the bypass, and I have gained 50 pounds back! I know in my heart that I can lose it again, and keep it off, but, even though it sounds so cliche', getting started IS the hardest part. Anybody have any advise or words of wisdom on getting and staying motivated? I am going to do this, and I know that once I get started, with my determination and ambition, I WILL succeed. It's just so difficult at this point. For all of you who are doing so well, I am so proud of you, and you keep it up! I will keep you "posted" on my progress, and please keep posting yours to this website. The stories in and of themselves are quite motivating. Take care, all.

This week ended with every area of my body aching from the intensity of either spin cycling, body pump, zumba and free weights. Due to bad lifting form, I am struggling to heal an injured left forearm : requires intense concentration to not re-injure the area.
