First off I am really new to eating clean but I can definitely see a difference in the way my body feels. The past couple days have been very stressful and I gave in to emotional splurges of not clean food and I immediately felt really nauseated. This really proves to me the values of eating clean.

I absolutely love the fact that Tosca has answered all the questions that I have had. Everyone says don't eat white four, sugar, pasta and rice. But, it has been hard to find the replacement for white flour. Tosca has really explained how to use and make the "power flour" and the other great flours like spelt, millet and others that are out there. The only problem is that they can be hard to find, thank God for Whole Foods! Now I feel like I can make occasional treats for my family and I know they are wholesome and good for them. Thank you Tosca!!

I have really started to truly taste the whole foods that I am eating. Especially being summer produce taste so good just steamed or grilled. I have also been shocked when I have read the labels on food that I used to buy and see how many processed items are in them. The last thing is I never thought I could drink black coffee or give up my morning coffee and I have now switched to green tea for breakfast. I also had a really delicious cup of well made black coffee yesterday and realized how good it was without all of the added things I truly dont need

Eating clean as really opened my eyes about the types of things that we put in our bodies! It's made me read labels on EVERYTHING, and it never ceases to amaze me what is added into our foods! Now, I try to consume things that are made of natural ingredients that I recognize, or that are whole.

It's just made me appreciate food and what it can do for my body and overall health. It's also made me realise the masses amount of "health" food out there that claims to be good for you but isn't!
By eating more frequently i feel like i'm never hungry. It's just about fueling that fire and keeping that metabolism going!

I almost never crave sugar or fatty foods after almost a year of eating clean. I watch my friends fill themselves with bad choices like McDonald's, and all I think is "why would you put that in your body when nature provides something far better?"

I was eating a bowl of cereal every morning for the last 6 years. After reading about the Eat-Clean Diet I switched to 3-4 egg whites and fat free cottage cheese. I don't get the horrible hunger pangs that I used to around 10A anymore, instead I feel nourished and full of energy. I look forward to my breakfast every morning now!

Now I think about what I am going to eat. I used to just wake up in the morning and pack my lunch based on what I was hungry for at that moment. Now I plan and pack my lunches the night before! I also am more away of protein and complex carbs! I have them at every meal and I am having 5-6 meals a day! I have much more energy and I do not feel weighed down by the crap I used to be eating. The Eat Clean Diet has totally changed my way of life!

I am also much more aware now - i had no clue how poor my eating habits were until learning about eating clean. Sugars, preservatives, processed foods were all i ate before - I failed to realize how much my body was affected by what I ate. When i started to Eat Clean, the difference I felt was incredible. I actually had more energy (didn't even know what that felt like without 3 cups of coffee in the morning!). My skin was glowing and looked more smooth and even-toned. Eating Clean made me realize just how much food had an impact on how we looked and felt. I hardly have sugar now and i prefer it that way! It was just masking the tastes of my food/drinks.

I am now more aware of the nutritional aspects of the various foods that I buy and eat. I believe that it makes me a more healthy individual now and in the future and the best part is that I get to educate my son, family and relatives too about eating clean. :))
