Make a list of your excuses for choosing not to eat clean. Once I see my excuses on paper, I realize how silly they all are!

Think about the feeling that you get when you eat clean. For me, I don't want to feel the bloated, listless feeling that comes with eating junk so I keep asking myself "is it worth it, if it is then have it. We all fall, just make sure that the next snack or meal is clean.

Today I am jumping back on the wagon. It is my first day of totally clean eating. I have not eaten white flour or sugar in 10 years but I decided to balance and clean up the rest of my food plan. I just jumped in and did it, worked through the scary thoughts by thinking of all the other people I read about who tell me it is worth it. I also think about how much better I will feel when I am eating a healthy way and caring about what goes in my body.
Good luck to others who are jumping back in also.
