I am starting to feel the slump it was really cold this morning so I went back to bed instead of staying up and working out - my plan to get back is to make something refreshing for supper tonight, fit a workout in either at lunch and then after work do some relaxing work out in the garden.

I feel the slump coming on and know that it will sabotage my best efforts. I beat it to the punch. I add fresh berries to my cooler to curb the sweet tooth, make certain all of my spare change and small bills are stored in my vehicle... which is parked at the very farthest end of the lot. If i really want something junky, I will have to take a brisk walk out in the sun. After I get to my car, the craving has not only passed, but the walk and sun has lifted the slump.

The key is knowing how you will set yourself up for failure, and reversing it.

And then eat some berries for a sweet treat.
