I use a journal when I am not losing weight. It helps me focus on the problems. Now, I made an easy chart that keeps track of the items on the Cooler system. I just check a box corresponding to what I eat. Most of the time, I don't eat all of the food because I am satisfied before reaching the last check box. I eat a lot of veggies and discovered how much I love them.I also stop using processed food completely. My last ietm to discard was instant flavored oatmeal. YAY!

I do use one daily. I use the 6 lean proteins, 6 carbs (veggie/fruits) and 4 stach carbs. I also track the 6 meals I eat each day and it makes a huge difference in the way my body looks and how I feel!

I have a training journal from Tosca that I record all my sets/reps and cardio in. but I do have a journal where i write in what I ate today, how I am feeling and then I take some of the questions from "Something to sweat about" in the Oxygen mags and write my answers in there to keep my motivation up.
