Made the cabbage and potato hash from this months Clean Eating... DELICIOUS! It was a big hit!

Dinner at my mom's. I'll be taking roasted brussel sprouts with olive oil, dash of sea salt and rosemary, steamed spinach topped with caramelized onions drizzled with a little olive oil and freshly squeezed lemons, cold asparagus salad with balsamic garlic reduction sauce.

I'm taking Quinoa and Couscous with Dried Cranberries to our Easter dinner at my sister-in-law's. I'm a vegetarian and it will most likely be the only food available for me to eat so I wanted a complete protein in the quinoa.
