How to do 'fast' easy clean meals? I work 2 jobs and barely have time to cook. How can I prepare quick clean meals?

Thank you Tosca!

I agree with the last post of advice and moral support of staying on the right path and staying motivated. I also would like some kid-friendly recipes and ideas to get my 5 yr old son to eat more veggies. We have the smoothie thing down though! He loves him some smoothies!!

I would love to hear more about Tosca's own day to day eating/exercise struggles and how she pushes through and carries on. I love hearing about real life experiences and how they affect everyone and mostly how people overcome! It's definitely motivating to know that you are not alone in the process and when Tosca shares part of her life and ongoing maintenance, it's wonderful to be a part of it.

I'm sure I'm making this more difficult than it really is, but I would like to know if I should eat a snack before hitting the gym. I usually eat breakfast and then hit the gym. So should I eat a snack before, even if it's before my scheduled mid-morning snack? And then after the gym...I know that there is that window to eat proteins to help recover. Do I eat again? Like I said before, i'm sure I'm making this much more harder than it should be, but I would like some info on this. Thanks for all your help!

I would like Tosca to talk about techniques to focus when training. I found the short clip with her and Jamie Eason really valuable, I talk to my muscles when I am doing my weights now with better results but I still have to combat the 7 mile tv stare when at the gym....

What can be done to make a over 45 woman's stomach get smaller? I have tried many things. I eat five times, sometimes, six and I exercise. But nor matter what, the stomach is still hanging out there. Right out in front! Anyone have any suggestions?
