I do not always do a pre or post meal. This morning my pre workout was a large glass of water and my post workout was eggs and salsa. I only did a 20 minute workout from one of the oxygen mags. Tonight I will do a cardio blast and i hope to have a preworkout of protein drink and post of whole wheat wrap and tuna.

I work out late at 9pm so my dinner is usually my pre work out. I like to have a nice cup of hearty turkey chilli with some chipotle peppers which gives my a huge energy bust. My post work out is very small. One scoop vanilla protein powder half banana and cup of skim milk.

Pre: Plain old-fashioned oatmeal (I like it plain!)
Post: Smoothie w/ one cup mixed frozen berries, 1 Tbsp flax oil, and 1 scoop of natural whey protein - I've been doing this for ten years and I'm not sick of it yet!

Yesterday morning, I did a 3.5 mile walk. When I got home, I had a piece of toast with coconut oil and peanut butter with a banana. That was REALLY good and it hit that empty spot! Good clean meal!

On weight training days I go for dates and raw almonds, on cardio days I usually eat breakfast after my cardio - (I work nights so I eat breakfast at 5pm or so >:)
