Coffee with a splash of vanilla flavored Agave or a cup of Yogi tea (love their words of wisdom on the bags).

I love to mix 1 part low sodium V-8 juice with 1 part hot water and 1 part clean, low sodium chicken broth and heat it up. It is so fragrant , comforting and soup-like.

Hot Cocoa is my favorite. Skim milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, a hint of stevia and cinnamon. Delicious!

Green tea steeped with a slice or two of fresh ginger. Delicious, and good for those days where you're feeling a little congested.

Instead of grabbing the packaged cocoa mix - I made a great cup of 'clean' cocoa last night with skim milk, unsweetened cocoa, and a squeeze of honey ... mmmmmm - just like the hot cocoa I drank as a kid!

I mix a scoop of my favorite protein, Lean Dessert in chocolate, with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa, dash of sea salt, and one packet of Truvia. Heat on stovetop slowly while stirring. Best hot cocoa meal ever!
