Tried the Lots 'O Peppers Seafood Chili last night from the Eat Clean Stripped book and it was AWESOME! Never though I would like fish in a soup but it was the "BOMB!"

I LOVE the Stripped book as it more clearly laid out the difference in carbs. Understanding which foods are the starchy carbs and which are complete - as well as the fact that the amount of servings actually varies even though they are both carbs is exactly what I needed to help with the balance of what I am eating. Thanks Tosca!
