I take better care of myself now by eating healthy, clean foods. I own two of Tosca Reno's best sellers that help keep me on track and focused on my goal of competing in a figure show!

As a 12 HR night shift worker 3-4 nights per week, I am trying really hard to incorporate a Clean Eating lifestyle and get those extra unwanted #'s off. Plus hitting the 60yr milestone I want to feel even better and stay active with my arthritis. I have enjoyed the tips and recipies so far:-) TXS

Not enough! And that's why today is a new beginning. I've been working this morning on menu plans, and grocery shopping lists that will get me back on track. Weeks of travel, and eating at restaurants and at our state fair (and not planning ahead or being proactive about my choices) has left me feeling "blah". It's back to clean, and back to feeling bettter! Workout time is on the calendar, too!
