I have many clean foods that I love and cant live without. I love quinoa, salmon, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, oatmeal, and so many more. It's very hard to make this decision when there are so many great options

Salads filled with brown rice, chick peas, peppers, avocado, sweet potatoes, feta, olive oil and balsamic. Soooo good and tasty! I make a batch once a week and it lasts for days!

It would be oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts. Nothing like some warm oatmeal in the morning and so filling. :)

In the morning before a work out I absolutely must have my fruit smoothie. Chock full of whole fruits, nuts, honey and protein. I can't start a work out with out it!

I would have to say based on what I seem to eat every day oats and bananas. I love starting out my morning with a bowl of either hot oatmeal or cold overnight oats with sliced banana. It gives me what I need in the morning to get going and just tastes and feels like comfort food for me.

I agree with another poster I can't pick one. Mine are natural peanut butter, fresh fruits, fat free cottage cheese and anything with cayenne pepper associated. Grilled boneless chicken with cajun seasoning, minced garlic rub. Yummie!! I could go on
