My goal for this month, is to finally commit to doing at least 30 min to an hour of exercise. That's a big start for me, believe that.

My goal this month is to keep having fun with exciting new workouts in fun places with fun people. I took up hula hooping and plan to challenge myself to learn more moves. I'm getting back to belly dancing (my favorite) and I'm taking a strength training class using bands. Oh and finish my 30 day challenge on the Wii Active. Good luck all.

Definitely focusing more on heavy weights, while maintaining three good cardio workouts (1 hour each) per week, in addition to all the walking and moving I do

Get my butt back to the gym!!! We got a puppy 5 weeks ago, and while he's awesome, I am sleep deprived and unmotivated. Fortunately, he slept 8 hours last night. Hopefully this is the beginning of a trend.

I have been slacking off for about a year except for a 1/2 marathon last December...so time to get going! I want to do both...start lifting again and run a half marathon in November!

my goal is to start workng out period!! I'm still trying to master eating clean, but its been a few weeks, and while i still have a few more weeks before i am devoted to being completely clean, i am confident that now i am able to put my workout into motion. i will definitely have to find time to dedicate to cardio though...I'm not sure that runnin after my two year old will be enough--or will it?? :)

For me i really have to start and push myself with the weights, i'm thinking of training more with my hubby who's a bodybuilder... he'll definitley push me to lift more metal and stop being so focused on the cardio side of things.... he nicknames me the cardio machine and i drive him crazy with my reluctance to lift weights...... i really have to change my mind set, so for the month of september i'm going to be more weight lifting focused and leave the cardio in it's wake...... GOOD LUCK for september everyone :)

More cardio and the introduction of light weights 3 times a week. I really want ot be more consistent with my workouts. I can already see improvement and I want to continue that.

I'm making a start and promise to myself to make myself better by adopting an exercise regime and beginning to eat clean. Small steps to the big goal!

Consistent workouts and clean eating. If "life" throws a wrench into my schedule I want to adopt flexibility to maintain my workout schedule and I want to find the strength within myself to make good food choices when I eat out.
