Since I am self employed I can only say I walk from the bedroom to the office BUT I walk to the supermarket and around town errands.

I use public transport - there and back includes a 16 block walk.

I would bike or walk if I could, but I see some clients that are 30 minutes (interstate highway) drive from each other and I carry training equipment with me. It's just not practical. But I would if I could. In fact, I'm jealous of you if you can. :-)

Going to start biking to and from work (30 miles R/T) on Tuesday when we return to Germany If it's not raining to bad ;) This is why I bought my bike! There are amazing places to bike everywhere!

I walk to work everyday.
