Hands down, it's the Sweet Potato Fries from the ECD Family & Kids book! My teens rave over these! They even demand that I prep them with the rest of my food on Sundays and put them in gallon baggies in the fridge, so after school all they have to do is toss some on a cookie sheet and bake! It's a super-easy & healthy snack for them!

I make banana bread out of the EC cookbook a lot and also the lunchbox muffins... my kiddo (and husband) love them and their a ton better than store-bought processed crap! They also travel well in my cooler!

There are 2 that I can think of:

- The Thai coconut shrimp recipe from Clean Eating magazine (also in the Best of Cookbook...).
- The other is my go to for days that I know I don't have a lot of time to cook. I will use a light tasting fish (usually tilapia or snapper), squeeze some lemon juice over it and then sprinkle on some Epicure Greek seasoning and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.

I love the Turkey Scramble from the Cookbook. I vary the ingredients to keep things exciting, but I go to that basic recipe very often.

I think my favorite Eat Clean recipe is a the same as kiki808. It is a daily meal for me at some point. Last night is was dinner and today it will be lunch. There are just so many ways to create a high protein meal using egg whites. Veggies for a meal or apple and cinnamon for a sweet treat.

Now ask me what Eat Clean recipe I am looking forward to making????
That would be the orange almond dessert cake. I love orange and am waiting patiently for an occasion to make this!! I may have to cave and invite my mother over so I can make it-----the sacrifices I make :)

I used to make the Baked Ziti ALL the time! Last night we had the Cheese Stuffed Sliders and I am certain they are the new favorite. Thanks for all you do!

An egg pie recipe that was in an issue of Oxygen Magazine sometime in 2010. This recipe is a staple in my life! All it is is chopped veggies (i vary them every time) and egg whites. Throw everything together in a pan and bake for 40 minutes. It's so easy to make, and makes getting lots of veggies and protein in my day so simple!
