I am considering the Eat Clean diet but I am wondering if the diet is compatible since I do not eat meat, however, I do eat fish. Any help?

If i let myself go without an alarm, I'll sleep 9 or 10 hours. If I set an alarm, I'll get 8 hours. I'm lucky to work the second shift so I never have to get up before I want to :)

what an appropriate question given my terrible night of sleep with a two year old!

Before i had my son... definitely no less than 8 hours. If i got i7 hours i'd feel as though i had only 4. It was imperitive to get that 8 in. Esp given the fact i was up at 4:30am everyday to go to the gym.

Now.... well it varies. On average 6... maybe 7... but it is not restful sleep. it's interrupted by my son waking up most nights. And no sleeping in on a weekend as even if he does sleep through he is up with the birds!

I need to get more. I get between 5 and 6 hours a night. With 4 children and a busy household it isn't the easiest thing. I am up early every week day (4:45) to go to the gym, but I do get to sleep in a tad on Saturdays so maybe 7 or 8 hours on weekends?

I get a minimum of 8 hours, but usually aim for 9. I just can't function well if I don't get my sleep. I'm up at 5 a.m. weekdays and at the gym working out or teaching spin at 6 a.m. I get up early on the week-ends as well, but my body seems to know that it can have a nap on Saturday and Sunday so I make sure that I make time for a mid-afternoon snooze.

Hmmm... this is a tricky question.... :))
Yes, I do know that sleep is vitally important to allow one to train well and for the body to recuperate and for the muscles to grow.!!
I try very hard to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night but I would say an average of 7 hours would be more accurate.:))
I try to wake up a little later over the weekends and during the week if I feel sleepy, I'll just take a short hour nap.:))
