I haven't really tried it to give my opinion but the talk about it is convincing and I will hope to add that to my workout regimin this month.

I haven't tried interval training yet but would really like to start since I need to take my running to the next level and work on speed and distance. I run 5ks but want to do more. I have a 10k in July and a half marathon in September. The most I have run in 6 miles. Would interval training help me break through my 6 mile mark?
