I failed at staying with clean eating..but trying like crazy to get back on track. I have purged the house of the sweets and I have worked on a menu of clean meals for the WHOLE month. I'm stocked with fresh produce and lean meats now...so I hope to be back on track now!

I planned the foods I was going to enjoy and avoided temptations by having some of my favorite clean foods. I also journaled and visited the kitchen table a lot through the holidays to keep me on track. I did fantastic and feel so successful for having stuck to my plan!
