I have been battling with sticking to my clean meal plan for quite a while now. I just always seem to find an excuse to eat one or two sweet treats a day and I'm not getting any results, not to mention my self esteem is taking a beating. But, through the advice and motivation of a friend I met here on this site, I've managed to eat clean yesterday and today and avoid all sweet treats and unclean food. I feel so amazing and I finally believe that I have what it takes to make this transition, to take on this new lifestyle and be successful with it. My advice to everyone is to find a support buddy and keep in contact regularly. It has been so helpful for me!

My craving for sugar in any form. I've been clean eating for 4 weeks and fell of the wagon last weekend with chocolate chip cookies. Felt sluggish all weekend but now my body wants more. I will keep on fighting the feeling and not give in again!!!

The obstacle of fear. I signed up for the Clean Eating Competition. My fear of not following the choice I made, so I decided it is safe for me to do this.
