I started loosely doing the Eat Clean way of life a few weeks ago. I had so much energy and enjoyed not being hungry all the time, and fuelling my body with such great nutrition. I did stray for a couple of days, but started back yesterday morning first thing. I needed to have that great feeling and fuel for my workout today and knew I couldn't if I didn't get back on track. Wow, in just 48 hours I feel magnificent again.

My trainer and I are doing this together, and vowed we would enjoy watching each other's clothes getting baggy, and also to join the third annual challenge together.

I would tell anyone that this is living a big life, full of healthy vitality and great food that just happens to be good for anyone. Go for it!

After only 3 days I can already feel a difference in my energy level. I am also more aware of what I am putting in my body since I know what the outcome can be.

I don't have to convince them, when they see the results this "diet" has given me they ask how I did it!? Then I just give them Tosca's name and know they have everything they need to get started.

I would say, that it's something that has nothing to do with diet! You will not see results in the first day, but you will FEEL the difference in the firtst day! You will taste more what you are eating and enjoy the food in your plate more than ever. It's it not easy in the begining, we have to adapt ourselves of a different way of thinking when we do grocery and go out at the restaurant. Don't worry, it comes to a second nature very fast.

With that wonderfull feeling of eating what your body really need, it's easier to exercice and push yourself a little more. It's the perfect combination! You don't need to register in a gym,for example: just grab two bottle of water filled as weight training. GO out with your kids or your friends and rollerblade, bike or play tennis... It's good for your body and your MIND! Ìt release stress and your kids will love spending quality time with you!

That's what eat-clean has done for me!!

I am a personal trainer & I tell my clients about Tosca's Eat-Clean Diet. I tell them all of the health benefits such as it being the best way of obtaining all vitamins & nutrients. I tell them how it's not some kind of fad diet, and how you are allowed to eat this one day, and this the next.. it's a lifestyle change, not a "diet." I tell them how you will stay full and comfortable, as opposed to starving yourself then gorging on junk foods later. I tell them how it will help them with IBS and other digestive issues. And I tell them about how in conjunction with exercise, it will help them lose weight, and feel better about themselves. I've gotten so many people hooked and they all love it just like I do! Most people feel Eating Clean means spending more money, so they go for the cheap processed foods. But in the long run, they spend much more on medications and doctor visits because they are sick all the time.

I have not had a flew or cold in almost 3 years! It makes a difference. Within only a few days of clean eating your body will respond. You will feel less bloated, more energy, and you will start to notice a difference in your skin.

These things to me are priceless!

My dad has diabetes too....been working on him for years, and he has slowly been coming around.

The best way to convince someone to try it - EVIDENCE. People often ask me about my weight loss success and I tell the about the Eat-Clean Diet book; they nearly run to the bookstore to buy it. I gave the book to a friend of mine about 8 months ago. She's now lost 40 some pounds! A body transformed is indisputable evidence! Best way to convince anyone!

I am trying to get my Dad on board. I just wrote him this letter on Friday.

Daddy,

Mama told me about your diabetes today. I am sorry to hear this. I know that you are in the early stages, so important that you turn this around. I know you can do it. I know that you and Mama have the Eat Clean books. Read them, clean out the pantry, and go shopping! It will change your life. I am serious. I know I sound like an infomercial, but I have never felt this way in my whole life!! I want this for you and everyone at 1650!! Even Little P can eat clean. There is no need to keep the pantry with tempting crap just b/c Coley likes chips. Guess what, they are crap for him too! I know he would love to munch some blueberries just as well.

Anyway, I know that if you Eat Clean you will reverse this diabetes (that will get out of control if you don't take action)! Please do this. I promise you will feel like a million bucks.

My challenge to you: Eat Clean:really follow the guidelines for a week. Then, go sit at the mall by the food court and look at everyone and all the crap on their trays!! You will be so proud of yourself and how good it feels to put fresh, unprocessed, lean foods in your body. You won't even be tempted to jump in line. I promise.

I love you!!!

I tell people that you have not experienced health and vitality until you eat clean. It is all about changing to healthy habits bit by bit, and you deserve it. Clean eating helps you be the best you can be. I love it!!
