My favourite book is The Eat Clean Diet Stripped. I love all the helpfull information, the easy to read format, the no nonsense approach, the recipes, well everything! I go back and read it to help me stay on track!

I read Recharged first and I think it's a great book to start with. What I liked best were the meal plans which now help me structure my day as far as eating is concerned. It's just so easy to plan ahead. I also loved the letters which motivate me every time I read one of them. Eating Clean has really changed my life. I have only been doing it for a month now but I can already see the changes on my body.

The first book I read was Recharged..it was so great I promptly ordered 4 more and gave my friend her books back! I like the fact that I could see what a daily menu looked like, and it wasn't overwhelming with crazy recipes that look like too much work!

cottage cheese and organic blueberries are a must at least once a day for me! I would like to know more about coconut water...

I am new to this new lifestyle of Eating Clean, and I just got done reading "Just the Rules" I thought it explained everything very well and guided me in the right path to start. Also made things make sense that I was confussed on. After finishing that book, I went to my nook and downloaded the cookbook for the kids and family. Cant wait to try out some fun new dishes.

I think you do a thorough job of explaining the Eat-Clean Diet in all of your books, however, when I suggest a book to someone green, I start with "Just the Rules!" This gives them the simple basics to get stared and doesn't seem overwhelming. Once the basics are in place then it is exciting to customize a little with the stripped plan, etc. I just love that I have your books to send my friends, family and clients too. They are worth their weight in gold. Love Teena

I think the "Eat Clean Diet Recharged" is a great book to start with. It gives a wonderful explanation of the philosophy as well as some fantastic motivational reading. Along with the Coolers and the suggested menus, recipes and tips it has everything you need.

I just finished "Just the Rules!" I thought this was a great introduction, and I'm looking forward to getting more information through the next book I buy.

My first ECD book was eat clean stripped, and I thought it was the prefect starter and have given it as gifts. It has all the rules, the science behind the rules, great recipes, and REALLY got me started fast. I did lose 10 lbs in 28 days and have NEVER felt better. Then when I went forward I got to add all these other foods back in but the weight still came off and I lost a few more, taking me to a weight I hadn't been at since me teens. Feels great at 46! I just love how wonderful it feels to fuel myself with food that is good for my body in every way!!! Thanks Eat-clean and Tosca, I could nevr have done it with out you!!!!

My first book was The Eat-Clean Diet book. A teacher at school lent me her copy to take a look at and the next week I started my transformation. I told myself with taking medication for high blood pressure and diabetes that I needed to get my life in control. I have always made that time for everyone else. This book has given me the foundation to give to myself now. I joined the challenge February 5th and am sooooo excited to see how the weight is coming off. I started at the gym using the machines and next Monday will start a program that requires me to come out of the comfort zone to the scary, back of the gym. I went to the gym this morning to walk through the 1rst phase of my program and I am so ready for Monday to get here!!!

BEST ECD DIET BOOK??? Re-charged. Deffinatly RECHARGED. It's beautiful, it's 100% informative, and I have turned it into my foodie bible, all marked up and hilighted with page markers and notes. THIS is my daily go-to because I don't always have the greatest memory. Instead of asking questions online, I know that I already have the answers at my finger tips. And I love to search through the book as often as I can, because it allows me to come across other clean info that I have forgotten about, or have not yet implemeted into my ECD journey. It is so full of wonderful, valuable, life changing and life saving information! I am grateful for Tosca and all of her ECD books... I own them all. But I especially love my RE-CHARGED ECD book... I have purchased one for every female in my family. And yes, all of the men have copies of ECD for Men! Wooot Wooot! Go ECD Warriors! RE-CHARGED STYLE!

My first ECD book was Recharged, and it completely changed the way that I though about what 'healthy' foods I was putting into my body. It is so easy to read, it's engaging, the graphics are to-the-point and really invite you in to the world of Eating Clean. I loved the recipes and the meal plans. I refer back to them all the time; I'm currently doing a Cooler 1 week to prep myself for a week in Florida, it works wonders for my energy levels and comfort in a bikini, every time!
