Hi there!
Our Fav crock pot recipe is the "in a Canadian Stew" from the eat clean cookbook. Ijust throw all the ingredients in the crock pot and have a great supper waiting for me when I get home. The family just loves it!

A simple one (but one of my favorites) is for breakfast.

Creamy Oats

1 c. oat groats
3-1/2 c. water

Put it in a small crock-pot and cook over night, about 6-8 hours.
It's makes a super fast breakfast!

Then you can top with seeds, nuts, berries, fruit...
Realy it's whatever you want. I just use the oats and water as my base.
