Follow Cooler 1 plan as closely as possible; walk at lunch 4x; weight train 3x...day 1 of cooler plan didn't go so well but it's a learning experience. Last week I gave up white sugar and by day 2 was drinking black coffee...so I know I can do this!

Try to break free of the diet mentality. Focus on just eating clean and dump the old calorie counter. Also, incorporate more strength training and cut down on the cardio time.

While I've been doing very well this week I did have a tiny bit of soda. So my goal this week is to have absolutely none. Not even a sip.

No days off! I'm going on vacation next week (my sister's getting married in Puerto Rico!!!) so I'm assuming that I'll have a day or two off, or a day or two of less than savory eating. So I'm kicking it into high gear this week!

I will start cooking healthier food at home. I used to do it but my excuse has been "I'm too busy to cook." Now a friend of mine inspired me to get back in the groove, and I am going to give it a try.

More cardio. I've got lifting and EC down, but I hate cardio. However, it's the only way I'm going to get this fat off so I can show off the fantastic muscles I've built underneath. Specifically, I talked to a trainer this week who recommended breaking my current plateau by doing 8 minutes of intervals before breakfast every morning. Getting up 8 minutes early is doable, and I already put on my workout clothes as soon as I roll out of bed anyway. So I did that 3 days this week (I talked to the trainer on Tuesday, so I started Wednesday), and I've already dropped 1/2 pound and 0.2% body fat. Small but definitely measurable differences in only 3 days! So my goal this week is to keep that up and see if it continues to help.

I've been working with a trainer regularly since September. This past week, was the first that I was able to get into my gym every day of the work week without feeling like I was about to keel over. I went 3 times to weight train, plus did a spinning and a yoga class. I was really proud of hitting this milestone. My goal for next week is to maintain this momentum and when I've built up my endurance, start adding more spinning classes to accelerate my weight loss.
