I won't let the true "spirit of Christmas" disappear. Remember what is really important - first is our family! Being together with lots of laughter and cameraderie! Last in our house is the frenzy of spending, spending, spending. Once that is gone.....there is no stress!

Make sure that I go to bed and get my sleep so that I can wake up early in the morning and get my workouts done.

I have to stick with my routine! I might have to get up a little earlier and stay up a little later but I have to plan each week on Sundays and stick to the plan! If I deviate I can easily get off track!! I just keep in mind that I am much better mentally and physically when I feel I'm at my best. So taking that hour or so to get cardio and workout in is best for me and my loved ones!!

I will do the Body Rocker workouts, they are intense and very short... about 10 to 15 minutes on average but oh so effective.

I exercise when I can get it in! The way my work schedule has been has been hectic and when I come home, I just hit it. I know if I sit down, I will be done for the day, but if I can just go ahead and work out then I will have so much more energy for the evening.
