I'm so excited! I drank the leek soup yesterday and today, did not care for it much but lost 5lbs in bloat since yesterday, I feel great and gives me the incentintive to keep going and eating clean. Whoo hoo. Thank you for your recipies and knowledge. I will reach my healthy goal weight in a healthy way!Christina

I followed Meal Plan 1 from 'Recharged' to break a plateau, it worked! I am down 5lbs and am feeling good! Now to keep it going....

I just started the Clean Diet but have already broke out of my plateu! I am so excited to see the numbers drop on the scale, and the clothes in my closet that I can actually comfortably fit in increase!!!

I am proud of my friends who have stepped up to do a clean eating 28 day challenge with me! Last month I lost 9.4 lbs. with the 28 Day Eat Clean Stripped plan and am now doing a combination of menu plans from Cooler 1, Cooler 2 and the Stripped plan! It is so much fun to do with friends!

I surpassed my goal weight over the Easter weekend, and didn't notice until today!! I was busy eating clean, exercising daily (we had beautiful weather!!), and spending time with/entertaining friends and family to think about what my weight was. When I stepped on the scale this morning for my bi-weekly weigh in, I was pleasantly surprised! To me, this means I have really made eating clean a lifestyle - it's like second nature now!!

I want to Brag about my accomplishments in the gym - before I started working out regularly I really hard I hated working out my butt and legs but after reading Tosca's stories and the Butt Book I love it! Its the workout that I look forward to all the time! And workouts that I would deem too hard and quit I don't even do them anymore because they are too easy!!!

In just two days I will be headed to Orlando to compete in the 2011 Cheerleading World Championships! I have been training for years to get the chance to compete here, I am going to be proud and enjoy every moment! This is my dream come true :)

I am two pounds from my goal weight! I couldn't be more thrilled. I started this journey five years ago and will have lost a total of 100 lbs when I hit my goal. I have been struggling the last couple of years to strip the last 15 off. I teach 8 classes a week at the gym on top of my own workouts and have been Clean Eating for the last year and half. I received the new Stripped book and the weight is melting off!!! Yeah! Thanks, Tosca, for your inspiration and continued committment. I hit my 40th birthday last week and am thrilled for what this second half of life has in store for me.

I got through Easter without eating a basket of chocolate!! I was in a great place, and even changed up our tradition of home baked goodies and fatty meats for breakfast, to hard boiled eggs, fruit, cottage cheese, and Sprouted grain bread for the whole family, and everyone enjoyed!
