I started Tosca's new plan in 'Stripped' and I am on day 8. I have lost 4.5 lbs so far :) only 5.5 left! My goal is to stay on week 2 eating plan and keep up my work outs!

My goal this week is to stay focused during my insanity workouts and try my hardest NOT to take any breaks until Shaun T says too. With proper nutrition and staying focused, I can do this :)

My goal is to lose 2 lbs this week. To achieve that I will continue to eat clean and exercise. I will use the cooler plan and the exercises in Tosca's new book EC Stripped.

I'm a newbie, so my goal is to get more comfortable with the plan as a way of life, so that it comes more naturally. I feel like I'm constantly picking up the book to make sure I'm eating the right combination of foods. Only been on this way of eating since Friday, but the boost in energy has been amazing. I know that planning and cooking in bulk are the key, but sometimes I get confused. Love the support from the community.

To get back into exercising daily. I have been under a lot of stress with work, and sick so exercising has gone by the wayside. Also picking up my copy of Tosca's new book (store just called!) and begining to read and apply it (only two weeks till Spring break and a new bathing suit!).

In Vegas now on vacation, but hope to work out each day to stay on track. Eating more than usual, but hope to minimize damage. It's fish and veggies from now on.

I'm going to eat 2 cups of greens every day and do cardio 6 times. I started today with a good tabata workout and had a pt session this evening with friend. My goal is to try 3 new classes or workouts :)
