I started Tosca's new plan in 'Stripped' and I am on day 8. I have lost 4.5 lbs so far :) only 5.5 left! My goal is to stay on week 2 eating plan and keep up my work outs!

My goal this week is to stay focused during my insanity workouts and try my hardest NOT to take any breaks until Shaun T says too. With proper nutrition and staying focused, I can do this :)

I'm going back to power oats for breakfast. I've found that I over eat if I start the day off with any other than power oats.

To not beat myself up about last week - which was unfocused and unclean - and to get right back on track.
