Feeling strong, nourished, energized, beautiful... Eating clean makes me feel like this all the time! Also, maintaining the progress I've made is a huge motivator for me (25lbs lost - and I can't say I care to find them again!)

I want to know the me I was meant to be. I want to be pain free. I want to be active and enjoy the second half of my life with my already active husband. I want to be an example to my children, show them how to eat clean, just like I showed them how to eat wrong. I know I was meant for more.

I have a few things that are big motivators with eating clean. The fact that I can do anything now since my weight does not get in the way. Family vacations are not limited to what I can do because of weight restrictions. Another one is that I can go shopping and find cloths I actually like and want to wear compared to what is in the larger sections. Eating clean is a way of life and I am so glad this is my way of life now.

My children. Showing them how to treat your body and health the right way. Introducing them to the natural taste of foods. Keeping them away from junk and preservatives. Being healthy and fit myself to be able to be there for them for many many years.
