Today I ate healthy delicious foods that I made, and spent time with my family. Tonight I made it to bootcamp and had an awesome workout, it's only my second week and already I feel incredible! Just to get moving more and be eating clean makes all the difference.

I've joined the "Kitchen Table" online community today because I'm ready to start the journey to being authentic and kind to my body. I feel my power surging but have been afraid of it. But today I am turning the corner, getting my plan in place and getting support, surrounding myself with inspiration and setting myself up for success!

Nourish and fuel my body. Dealing with an injury and upcoming surgery, my activity is significantly reduced and altered, but I still have 100% control of my nutrition. 100%. I can't make the injury heal, but I can honor my body by providing it with excellent nutrition.

Getting back into the Eat-Clean Diet today! My husband just returned from Iraq in August and I've fallen off just a bit with portions and less gym time. We've enjoyed just hanging out but my body has been craving a gym routine again. So that's what I'm doing for myself today...gym and clean eatin'!

Good morning EC friends,

I am looking for something to sweeten my green tea. Is Agave Nectar a good choice. I have completely cut out sugar in my morning coffee:) but I can't seem to drink my tea plain.

Any tips?

Thanks and have a great EC day!!!!

I get up early every morning to have coffee and reading time. During this moment I develop my workout plan for the day followed by heading downstairs into my home gym to honor my self promises and have a great sweat session.
