Saturday morning I'll be teaching pilates to a group of young dancers, then I'm off to the studio to do some work on the pilates equipment myself. Can't wait to stretch out! I'll probably go for a run in the afternoon and throw in a few stair sprints and some intervals as well. Sunday is a day of rest and relaxation. I'm so active during the week I need a bit of downtime :)

Today hubby is working and I've got cooking to do (gotta get ready for the week) so today was kind of a low activity day. Bit, tomorrow...it's a Geocaching day! Oh yea...combine Geocaching with snowsnowing and you've got fun and active!

My toddler has swimming lessons on Saturdays, so we had a blast splashing around the pool for a half hour! It's a really nice February day (no more -40 here!), so I think we're going to play in the snow while this lasts.

looks good. I would put some almond butter on the side just for some extra flavor and texture. Celery is better with it. Other wish an excellent meal..
